Christ Presbyterian Church exists to glorify God, lead people to a saving relationship with Jesus Christ, build one another up in spiritual maturity, and send out servants to share the Good News in word and deed.
At Christ Presbyterian Church, we are committed to breaking down barriers, nurturing a
diverse and welcoming environment, and serving our congregation and the wider
community with open hearts and open arms.
We glorify God by living into worship in the Reformed tradition to encourage our life of
faith and witness through biblical preaching, the celebration of the sacraments,
participation in confessions, prayer and inspiring music.
We nurture a family of faith by building a joyful community that engages in the life of
the church by sharing mutual encouragement, compassionate care, and gracious
hospitality.
We support individual growth and discipleship by encouraging the disciplines of personal
prayer and service while providing a variety of opportunities for spiritual growth,
education, and service to people of all ages.
We participate as a missional congregation of Christ by offering our passion, time and
resources to promote peace and wholeness. We pursue righteousness by actively joining
alongside with mission partners, primarily in Canton, and beyond.
Together, we seek to make a positive impact, guided by faith, love and inclusivity.
